Andrew Nicolls and Carlos Castro Falcon founded Tulumio with the belief that there was an opportunity to build a Mexican brand for beach clothes and accessories that celebrated the Riviera Maya region an its art but would also be fun and stylish. The extraordinary street art of Akumal was the foundation of the first collection and will continue to influence future designs. Tulumio will support the teaching of art in the region and is helping to ensure that local children have an opportunity to learn more and progress to secondary education and pursue successful careers as a result of more investment in arts education.
